Preparation instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4. Cut asparagus into 1 inch
pieces and steam until tender. Beat eggs and milk together, stir in
cooked asparagus. Add ham. Pour into pan and top with cheese then bake
for 20-30 mins until egg is set in centre.
