- 2 cups mushrooms (you can mix, sliced)

- 1 clove garlic (very thinly sliced)
- 1 Serrano pepper (seeded and minced)

- 3 medium onions (sliced)
- 6 oz 1/2-inch diced tofu
- 1 medium carrot (diced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
Directions
- Put A in a large saucepan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and add in B. Simmer until mushrooms are softened, about 5 minutes.
