Atkins Vanilla Coconut Milk Smoothies

  • Serves: 4

  • Net Carbs: 3.4 g
  • Protein: 12.0 g
  • Fat: 22.5 g

Ingredients

  • 14 oz (410 ml) coconut milk (sugar-free)
  • 2 oz (55 g) vanilla soy protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • some ice cubes

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Pulse until all ingredients becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
