Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup (34 g) feta cheese crumbles
- 1/2 medium size tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup baby spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp dill weeds (preferably fresh)
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, then form into 4 beef patties.
- Heat a non-stick pan and fry patties over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes for each side. You may also grill the patties.
