Ingredients
- 1 lb red cabbage, cut into thin slices
- 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
Dressing:
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Splenda, salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine cabbage and onion slices in a big bowl.
- In another bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients.
- Add the dressing to the vegetable slices and toss well to coat. Put a cover on and keep refrigerated for 1 hour before serve.
